The front desk ladies kept saying they wrote a note for maintence . My AC broke and they lagged on fixing it resulting in two $200 electric bills.
At Towne Square you’ll find a vast array of shopping and banks, including Kroger. Sams club, Aldi, Valley View Mall and Roanoke airport are all nearby too.

We have lived here several years and it continues to improve. Everything was painted this year and looks very modern. Love the location - feels private but minutes to everything. My door didn't lock and I had to make a scene just to get it fixed. Also had something black growing on my windows and under my carpet. Sadly, I have to give one star just to leave this review. Go somewhere else and pay an extra $20 for a complex that actually cares about your well being.
